I love auctions, there can be some bargains and unusual properties. The process is quick for completion, however, viewing, financing, legal packs and serious research is essential

My main reason would be to look for a property to do up and re sell.

However, I would not be adverse to looking for my own future property plot or grand design.

Well... Buy & Sell is my business so I but auctions to sell for a higher price... Its effective whenever I say its from an auction since its usually unique. :D

Most often I am looking for unique product that I could resell or reproduce for a significantly higher price.
