Our Auction department, which was originally established in 1958, trades and operates under the name of Ward & Partners Auction Department, another part of the Arun Estate Agencies Group – the largest independent estate agent in the South East of England.

Run by David Allen, the Director for Auctions the Auction Team collectively has over 87 years Estate Agency and Auction experience.

We hold six auctions a year and annually catalogue around 350 Lots. Last year we achieved in excess of £35 million for our clients who have included companies, trusts, trustees, mortgagees, executors, solicitors. The Court of Protection, Power of Attorney representatives, receivers and private individuals alike.
