Being local to the area, I will watch these with interest. It could be the sharp end of the house price crash for St Albans, which many have felt might be immune due to it’s highly regarded status (excellent commuter links, roman city etc. etc.). However the lack of availability of credit will take no prisoners so there is no logical reason why St Albans would be any different to London for example.
